Stayed tuned: Pictures from Andrews Airshow
The husband and I just got home from Andrews today. We went down there for their airshow on Friday, which was only open to active and retired members of the military and DOD. This is definitely the day to go.
We had no trouble getting pictures of the planes, especially taking the pictures earlier in the day. We took many pictures at the airshow, which we'll be posting in the next couple of days. We even got a couple of pictures of the First Lady's plane taking off and of Air Force One, taking off, with the President aboard.
We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning to attend next year. We stayed at the Days Inn at Camp Springs, which was not what we expected AT ALL--if you really want to know more details, just email me and I'll tell you what I REALLY thought about it, details and all. Needless to say, we won't be staying there next year.
